Hi, I'm Neil Forsey, Founder and Head Coach at Hungry Coach.

A mid-life-health-crisis in 2010 was the incentive for me to finally do something about my health and my weight. The result was shedding 27kg (60lbs) over the next 6-7 months. No longer Diabetic, I have maintained my healthy weight, and have enjoyed dramatic improvements in my overall health & wellness.

Since my Health Crisis, I have been on a journey to learn about health, wellness and mindset. I have trained as a Life Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and an Eating Psychology Coach.
