Be sure to post what you plan to focus on for the week, and also post about your progress or challenges you’re facing.

WHY DIETS DON'T WORK

(And what does work)

“People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine.”

- Brian Tracey

Where Are You Headed?

When we have a clear vision and path to where we want to go, possibilities become more real. When we become committed, we become unstoppable.

This module is designed to provide you the opportunity to get crystal clear on what it is that you really want for yourself and to support you on your journey to live a healthy and fulfilling life designed by you. So put your dreams in writing. Step out and live BIG – otherwise those dreams are simply wishes!

EXPLORE YOUR HUNGRY ZONE

What Are You Hungry For?

Priorities

Tip: Use a blank sheet of paper to list all your priorities and then choose your top five.

Identify Your Top 5 Priorities

Another word for priorities is values. Here are some ideas to get you started – yourself, family, friends, health, fitness, spirituality, sports, education, finances, career, adventure, travel, security. These are just a few suggestions, so write whatever yours are and while you don’t have to stop at five, if you have too long of a list you may end up with competing priorities.

ACTION STEP: Download your Goal Setting Workbook and list your top Five proprieties on page 7.

Honouring Priorities Makes Decisions Easier

Be SMART About Your Goals

DREAM BIG!

“Passion fuels the rocket, but vision - a big dream points the rocket to its ultimate destination. Dream Big!”

- Steve Jobs

EXPLORE YOUR WHY ZONE

Why Do You Want it?

EXPLORE YOUR COMFORT ZONE

What Do You Already have?

Lets Explore Your Comfort Zone

Just about everything that is currently in your comfort zone was not always there. Walking, for example, was once not. However with determination and drive, you literally stepped out your comfort zone and practiced walking until you triumphed. The same goes for tying your shoelaces, riding a bike, driving a car and everything that you have mastered over the years.

Your comfort zone is a place that is safe, familiar and predictable. It is a great place to relax and spend time in, however it is also a place where you can get stuck.

In step 4 we’ll look into what might be keeping you stuck, but before we do that, let’s spend some time exploring and honouring your current comfort zone.

“Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life.”

- Les Brown

Action Steps for Module One

  • Add in more real food snacks. This will nourish you and give your more sustained energy as well as help control your appetite.
  • Make a list of what you plan to include so when you go to the grocery store, you’ll be all set.
  • Log into our private Facebook Group and share your ideas. Let us know what you plan to add in this week. You’ll also get some more ideas from our group.

Good luck with Module 1.
